The different blends packaged in grain for Ho.Re.Ca use and ground for domestic use are made from the best quality of Arabica and Robusta coffee.
In addition to choosing the finest raw materials, the company pays particular attention to the roasting process. Indeed, according to tradition, Dinicaffè carries out daily roasting for each different type of coffee in order to obtain the best flavor and taste. Subsequently, the various qualities of roasted coffee beans are blended to create the final product.
The attention that Dinicaffè has to quality is also reflected in the choice of a decaffeinated coffee production that does not alter taste and flavor thanks to a special water process.
